It can be difficult to find time during a stressed day to meditate - even though you know how good it is for your body and mind. Acushla's lovely 10 min chakra clearing meditation gives you a wonderful morning boost - well worth while setting your alarm clock 10 min earlier for. The other mediations - e.g. meeting your guardian angel, are wonderful weekend treats.
