Raising our frequencies. This meditation takes us deep into the centre of Mother Earth, up from the core of the Earth through the outer layer, into our base chakra. From there the meditation takes our consciousness through each chakra, empowering and igniting. Our consciousness moves right out through our crown chakra, up through our higher non-physical chakras, right up to our life-giving Sun and from there way out to the Central Sun of the Galaxy.

Then, bringing the most powerful and intense light with us, we journey back down through our Sun and down into our chakra system, filling each chakra with the most intense Divine Light , empowering each chakra as we journey down.We bring that Light down to the core of Mother Earth to help her as she is also going through ascension. We finally end up at the Heart Chakra, the Temple of our very own Sacred Heart where we anchor the Divine Light we have downloaded. We may also connect in our Sacred Temple with our Guides, Ascended Masters and Galactic LightBeings.
